"We were attending a TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Area Rally. Prior to the Rally we were challenged to walk at least 2700 minutes in a 18 week period. 15 of our 18 members achieved that goal. Three ladies doubled it and one lady tripled that goal.
