"Our neighborhood holds a Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot to benefit our local food bank, Central PA Food Bank. This is our fourth year, and each year the number of participants and donations grow. We invite our friends and relatives to join us. It is our way of truly saying "Thanks" on Thanksgiving. I just got word from our food bank that our donation from this year's event equals 11, 500 meals. As you can see by our faces, it is not only charity but also community that we are building.
Each year, I have been using CustomInk for our event shirts. Your program makes it so easy for me to add corporate sponsors and family sponsors to the shirts. Not to mention, your staff is so helpful. I never have to wait for my call and questions to be answered. Thank YOU!
Lastly, you noticed our event was for a charity, and you sent a monetary donation for the charity. It looks like we all are saying "Thanks!" this Thanksgiving.
If anyone is near Good Hope Farms Development, 476 Woodcrest Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 on Thanksgiving morning at 9, we would love you to trot with us. Next year will be our 5th Annual Turkey Trot. Just bring some canned goods. :-)
