A survivor Grandma and her grandsons at a benefit 5k

"This is a photo of my mom (aka Patty Pie) and my triplet boys at a Get Your Rear in Gear 5k on 7/28/13. My mom is a Colon Cancer Survivor and we feel so fortunate to have her with us and to see her grandkids growing up. This is our third walk with the organization. Every time we register for a new event, we have more family members that want to join Team Patty Pie (or the little ones have grown) and I end up ordering more t-shirts.
