"I lost my brother, Arty to complications of type 1 diabetes on March 27, 2014. I formed a volunteer group, Arty's Army, to honor his memory and on November 8, our team participated in the JDRF Walk for the Cure at Balboa Park in San Diego. We raised over $4,000 to fund critical type 1 diabetes research! Thanks to CustomInk, we have beautiful shirts that represent our team name and spirit! Our next event is the American Cancer Society Relay for Life on April 25, 2015 to celebrate one of our team members, a cancer survivor."
