"For the last 11 years every Thanksgiving morning me and my family wake up and participate in a 3 mile Turkey Trot in Oglesby, Illinois. It originally started with only 4 participants and now includes 18-20 family members including nieces, nephews and siblings. The last 2 years we have had customized shirts/ sweatshirts by custom Ink and have been able to show off our family spirit! It has definitely made quite an impression on other runners. This year was a rather challenging one with our 9 year old daughter having undergone a very significant craniofacial surgery that required a prolonged hospitalization and a 2 month recovery, just 4 months ago. Number 427 posted a PR and we were blessed to watch her zoom through the finish line showing off her PINK sweatshirt and amazing spirit! Thank you Custom Ink. " - Team Rain (Nov 26, 2011)
