Cadman's Crew Races for a Cure

"A year ago, I was laying on the couch recovering from a round of chemotherapy. One year out, a group of my friends came to Des Moines to show support for breast cancer at the Race for the Cure. Events like this have become very personal. My experience was very tolerable, and I believe it's the result of organizations like the Komen Foundation that raise money for awareness, research, and prevention.
