"Every year, the Coyle and Cassidy volleyball team hosts a 'dig pink' game to raise money for breast cancer awareness, since that is October's theme. We host a game in our gym against a city or league opponent, decorate with pink streamers, balloons, and posters, and dress up in pink theme. We have pink bows, jerseys, and socks. We also have a table selling drinks, baked goods, chips, and candy, along with raffle baskets. 100% of the proceeds go towards The American Cancer Society, to help raise awareness and money for studies. A lot of work goes into this event, and it's all given back to others. "
