"I lost my youngest daughter to a rare and complex congenital heart defect last summer. Before ther diagnosis I knew little to nothing about CHDs. Most people I have talked with don't either. I had these shirts made for CHD awareness week, and my coworkers and I wore them to work. My hope was to spread awareness of CHDs, since it is the number one birth defect in the country, yet not many people truly know anything about it. We also donated tips from the day to help with congenital heart defect research."
