"We are a student run group from South Eugene High School participating in a 10-day community service learning program in the Dominican Republic. The focus of our trip will be water purity. We will be distributing water filters to help combat water borne diseases due to unclean drinking water as well as helping to clean up riverbanks. We are raising money to buy as many water filters as we can so as to make the biggest impact.
