"This is Trinity Lutheran (St. Joseph, MI)'s 3 Year Old preschool class on the last day of school. During the year, one of their classmates, Conner, passed away from a stroke and the complications that followed. As a way to remember him, they were all given Conner's Crew T-Shirts. A copy of this picture, as well as t-shirts will also be given to Conner's parents and little sister."
