"COOP helps underrepresented college graduates in NYC and the Bay Area find meaningful careers in advertising and tech. We are a 4-month post-graduate program and every semester a group of our alumni helps pay-it-forward to our community by volunteering to mentor the new students coming into the program. This is a photo of the alumni/mentors on their retreat in upstate NYC (in their tees and hoodies that we previously ordered, too!) where we did a series of workshops on team building, learning how to tell our story, and discussing logistics before program kicks off next week!
