"The photograph was taken on May 17th for the cystic fibrosis walk. My nephew (Liam) had cystic fibrosis and passed away last summer at 2 years old, we decided to raise money to find a cure for cystic fibrosis. My niece (Cataleya) who is a twin, also has cystic fibrosis. However, her twin does not. Our shirts are for cystic fibrosis awareness, in memory of Liam and in honor of Leya. "
