"This photo was taken this past Saturday at the 5K Walk to Defeat ALS at the William Mason park in Irvine, CA. This is the third year we have participated in this event, after my father passed away from ALS in April 2010. We honor him by helping to raise money to bring awareness to this terrible disease and help find a cure. The funds raised also go to assisting those in our community who are living with ALS and their families. This year's walk was the most successful one so far, with over 2,000 walkers and over $200,000 raised. The first year we did this, we tried to make our own tshirts and it was a total disaster lol! The second year I found the CustomInk website and they are amazing. Not only are the shirts so easy to design online, but they always arrive on time (normally early which is good for people like me who tend to procrastinate). To top it off, they also make a donation to our team- thank you! "
