"“Heaven’s Kitchen”, our Vacation Bible School is designed to provide children with an opportunity to enjoy stories, music, crafts, and activities while increasing their involvement in ways to address hunger issues and homelessness in the Buffalo area. During the week we explored ways that children can work together to help each other and our community. Our staff is comprised entirely of volunteers, including many senior citizens, making this a multi-generational ministry. Located in the heart of the city, we provide breakfast, lunch, and a safe neighborhood place for children to play and learn together. Our special shirts were a wonderful way to promote unity and cooperation. Everyone loved them and was so excited to wear them.
