"I've been teaching this christian aerobics class since 1993. I've had a lot of girls come and go over the years, but I have a few dedicated ones that have been with me since the beginning - including my 83-year-old mother (pictured in the front row third from the right). - plus a few that aren't in the photo. My mom is the role model of fitness for our whole class!
