"This was our first year to participate in an ACS Relay for Life event in honor of my fiance's father (Fred, who was a mechanic) and passed away three years ago of kidney cancer and in support of my father who is a seven year survivor of stage 4 colon cancer as well as several close family members who have survived breast cancer and prostate cancer. Our experience at the relay was wonderful, inspiring, emotional and a great way to bring our two families together to fight this disease.
