Gaston College Walking for Fitness Class

"This is the first class of Walking for Fitness at Gaston College, spring 2012. We walked the campus, other walking places, and even in downtown Dallas, NC where Gaston is located. We all improved our fitness level as a result of the semester long class and learned things about ourselves and our class mates. The shirts from CustomInk were a hit with the students in the class as well as other students, faculty, and staff at the college.
