"Here is my family wearing our "Stroke Awareness" t-shirts. Front and center is my Dad. He suffered a major stroke 4 years ago, and is now in a wheelchair. My sisters and I run the Falmouth Road Race with Tedy's Team & The American Stroke Association. For that, we formed our own small group "Gavin Girls Striding for Stroke". We fundraise whenever possible. This picture was taken after a local race, The Corrib Classic 5K, last Sunday (6/7/15). It's important to me and my family to spread awareness about stroke & fundraise for those affected!"
