"Our boss has been hyping up the next phase of our department's plans and development for months while keeping it as secretive as possible. Finally I decided we ought to surprise him the day of our phase two reveal meeting with some shirts. As he was about to start, I had his boss say that he had an announcement to make too. At that moment, all 14 of us stood up and took off our sweaters, jackets, etc to reveal our shirts! He was totally surprised. Shocked that we were all able to hide them and everything went perfectly. Great way to playfully surprise our boss while showing team spirit!"
