"This group works at a large corporation and we do a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class with our instructor Doug, who was having a milestone birthday. Most of us have worked out together and with Doug for a few years, so we've become a close knit group. These tanks saying "Body by Doug" and one of his favorite quotes, were the perfect way to celebrate the occasion!"
