"This was the type-1 diabetes walk-a-thon in Los Angeles at the Rose Bowl. We went to support my brother and myself. My brother was diagnosed with type-1 diabetes a day before his 4th birthday and I was diagnosed 6 months later. My parents came up with this organization 17 years ago to help support JDRF in finding a cure for this disease. "
