"This photo was taken in Port-Au-Prince Haiti on April 27th. The children are all residents of the Hope Home Haiti residence for disabled & abandoned children. This summer (July 27th) a small charity group is running the SF Marathon to help raise awareness and money for these children. The woman on the right, in the picture, is Dora Nemere. She is the director of Hope Home under the direction of Gladys Thomas, Founder of the organization, and is working towards enriching the lives of the children through Education, Physical Therapy, and medical treatments."
