Incisive Raises Awareness for CHARGE Syndrome

"Incisive Consultants, as a company, hosted a virtual race for 3.5 miles where we focused on collaboration and teamwork. In tangent, we raised awareness and funding for CHARGE Syndrome. Jackie, our co-founder's daughter, pictured in the photo was born with CHARGE and she's a tough cookie but full of smiles. We created custom crew necks through Custom Ink and the entire experience was so great despite some hurtles. The first hurtle was that American Apparel crew necks did not have sizes available, but Custom Ink helped me find a similar brand. Because we needed the crew necks fast, I didn't get a sample, but the customer service rep sent me a couple of reviews on the brand and said that he personally have tried both and can attest the sizing and softness feels the same. He also provided a discount for expedited shipment knowing I was on a time crunch. Second hurtle was finding kid sizes and a different customer service rep helped me out with finding the perfect youth sizes and getting it added to my original order. Third hurtle was after I got my shipment, I was short 2 sweatshirts + we had more people sign up so I needed to order more. Custom Ink again stepped up their CS game. A rep helped me with the reorder and threw in an extra crew neck on top of what was missing and the additional order. The customer service is very consistent, whether over email, online chat, or phone. I can tell that the company is very customer-centric.
