"Our daughter Juniper was born with a rare heart disease that went undiagnosed until she was 2 weeks old. She was immediately listed for a transplant and our long 6 month wait began. We sold shirts as a way to raise funds for her transplant related costs and a way to get a conversation going about organ donation. Everybody loved them! This photo is all the nurses we lived with during our stay on the day she got her new heart! "
