"This is a picture of the Chesapeake/Virginia Beach Kappa League at their Founder's Day celebration on February 12, 2013. The Kappa League is a high school male mentoring sponsored by the brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. They have many workshops and seminars to train them to be better leaders, professionals, scholars, and prepare them for college.
