"For the past two years "Levi's Crew" has been participating in a softball tournament in Pine River, Minnesota. This picture was at our last tournament, last June. We play in this tournament to try and raise money for Levi and his family and of course to have a great time. Levi was diagnosed with congenital Heart Disease (Coarctation of the Aorta and Transposition of the Great Arteries) when he was 5 months old. Levi was hospitalized right away for his first surgery a Coarctation of the Aorta. Levi’s last and fifth surgery was in January of 2014 he stayed in the hospital for two months and then recovered from home for another two months. Just looking at Levi you would never guess that he has a serious heart condition. He is the happiest and most energetic boy I know. Our group of friends and family have been nothing but happy with our awesome shirts we get from CustomInk and we plan to continue with CustomInk as long as we can. We are so excited for our new "Levi Crew" t-shirts this year."
