"My daughter Lauren and her friends the night before Lauren was having her 5th brain surgery in a year. Lauren’s friends successfully designed and ordered the shirts but 2 days before surgery Lauren said, “ OMG Mom we forgot to get a shirt for Austin ( her big brother ) who was flying in for the surgery from San Francisco. I told Lauren I would call custom ink right away to see if there was anything they could do.
I received amazing results from Danielle who was a custom ink employee. Danielle sent to me don’t worry about it we are going to make this work and I will personally designed the shirt right now so we can get on the press today!!! She came up with the “ Big Brother “ shirt!!!!! She designed it, I had it printed the same day, and overnight express the shirt to us!! she designed it, and it printed the same day, and overnight express that shirt to us. !! I had tears in my eyes and so did Lauren when I told her!! Thank you custom ink for putting a smile on my little girls face during a difficult time!! No words to express my gratitude."
