"Every year, Markel Corporation in Deerfield, IL participate in the City of Hope Strike Out Cancer Bowling Event in Chicago, IL. This year, Markel had 7 teams participating and some colorful team names came up and this was one of them. City of Hope is a charity near and dear to Markel and is recognized worldwide for its compassionate patient care, innovative science and research, which turns laboratory breakthroughs into promising new therapies.
