"I am a 6th grade English Language Arts teacher at Monessen Middle School and an avid runner. I recently completed my 5th marathon (26.2 miles). To share my love of running with my students, I put together a group of middle school students (and parents) to run the Pittsburgh Marathon 5k with me the day before I ran my 5th marathon. 46 students and parents took on the challenge of running (and completing) the 3.1 mile race. "
