National Marathon

"My husband and I got married in Sept 2009, and on our way back from our honeymoon we made a bucket list of 100 things we wanted to do--running a marathon was one of them. We signed up for the Suntrust National Marathon in Washington, DC and started our 26 week training plan. It was a huge challenge for us to stick with our goal--and so to help cheer us on, my parents and brother and sister, and my in-laws flew out to DC for race day. My mom and sister surprised us with these amazing t-shirts! It was so fun to be running along at mile 17, getting pretty tired, and see a big group of matching blue B&B Run DC shirts jumping and screaming and cheering us on!
