"This is my "old lady wine club" who happens to consist of six, amazing and strong women who CrossFit and are excellent examples/mentors to girls and other women. #nb4ol refers to what we say when we get a PR (personal record) in a lift - or lift really heavy and means "Not bad for an old lady". A couple of these ladies will most likely make it to the CrossFit Games next year. I can't wait for that. "
