"We ordered a total of 46 t-shirts with custom names and numbers on the back to give to our sales teams on Dec 1. to kick off the last month of Q4! Each person's number represents (in thousands) what their individual quota for Q4 is. We handed the t-shirts out at the conclusion of the Monday Sales Meeting which prompted the photo of the entire team outside in front of our building."
