"Team Dylan Tshirts was originally created to raised funds for Dylan who was hospitalized for 5 months a heart condition. Unfortunately Dylan did not make it out of the hospital. So we wore the Tshirts as a support on the viewing day before his funeral service. I like to thank Customink for an excellent customer service. We did not reached our goals or our deadline. When Dylan passed I rushed the order so the family and friends could have it before the funeral. You guys made it possible for him. Thank you CustomInk"
