"This photo was taken on Friday, August 9th 2013 as part of Palmyra Township Public Beach's (PTPB) 4th annual "Swim Across the Big Lake" event. PTPB is located in Hawley, PA on Lake Wallenpaupack. Our beach is an American Red Cross approved Learn to Swim facility, providing swim lessons to kids of all ages. Each year to end the summer, we provide upper-level students with the opportunity to take part in a two mile swim across the lake to show their skill improvement. This picture shows our lifeguards prior to particpating in the event. Our experience with CustomInk was fantastic! Our shirts exceeded our expectations and each student who completed the swim absolutely loved having something to take home, proving that they actually "swam across the big lake"!"
