"Payne Elementary School in San Jose, California was the only school in Santa Clara County (and 1 of 25 in the state of California) to receive a National Blue Ribbon Award from the National Department of Education. In the award ceremony, featuring hundreds of students, families and elected officials, Payne staff wore a custom sweatshirt from Custom Ink that was given as a gift from the school's Home & School Club. From secret flashmobs to scheduled performances, Payne staff loves to celebrate with music and dancing.
