"This is the fourth year our family is participating in our local JDRF Walk in honor of our son, Zach, who was diagnosed in 2016. Custom Ink has always been our t-shirt vendor of choice, especially after our first year when they made a donation to our team for being a customer! Since then, our team has raised over $17,000 for JDRF and our team always stands out at the annual walk thanks to Custom Ink's great t-shirts!
Last year, I had to call and place a last-minute order of extra shirts and the rep I spoke with also had type one diabetes! We spoke at length about living with diabetes and the wonderful work JDRF does, as well as the charitable contributions of Custom Ink. She even followed-up with me later with additional information on things we discussed. Hands down, the most personal customer service experience I have ever encountered!"
