"Every year the third week of July is dedicated to the men and women who serve as America’s Pretrial, Probation, and Parole Officers! At the Kansas Department of Corrections Parole Services we take this week very seriously. We want to show our staff how much they are appreciated. This years theme is Restoring Trust and Creating Hope! We chose a mountain to represent our jobs in Parole there are highs and lows but together we are strong and can withstand anything.
