"This picture was taken at the Walk to End Alzheimer's on Sunday November 10th at Citizen's Bank Park in Philadelphia. Team Poppop's Party is made up of the Sensenig family and friends walking for our Poppop Paul who has been living the past 8 years with Alzheimer's disease. It's a horrific disease that we strive to bring awareness and attention to. CustomInk provided us with awesome tshirts again this year and they even donated to the cause! What a great organization to work with and the shirts put the icing on the cake for our day to honor a beloved friend and family member. "
