"This past weekend we had a large group of friends/family show their suppose in the kidney walk. Seeing everyone come together wearing these awesome shirts that my husband designed really makes a girl feel loved. We also had many people from all over the U.S. show their support by ordering a shirt ecen though they couldnt be at the walk in person.
Shortly after our team was recognized for fundraising the most for a first time team, I was also able to share with the group that I have been matched with a living kidney donor and will be receiving a kidney transplant this coming Thursday!"
