"This is my father, mother, my older sister, her daughter Sophia, and me her aunt. Sophia was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 3 weeks old, this was our first ever event. I designed our tshirts through custom ink for the Great Strides walk. To raise money for a cure for CF in Syracuse NY. I had an amazing experience with Custom Ink and will be a returning customer for the walk next year :) Our team name Sophia Sierra speaks for itself because we all walk for her, she is such a blessing. There was a big group shot but this photo meant the most, so that's why I chose this one :) "
