"Hi, we are Team Cadence Dalton. Every year we participate in The March for babies walk, with the March of Dimes. We have been a Top fundraising family team since 2012, we all work extremely hard and put our hearts into everything. Team Cadence walks in Arizona every spring!
We walk in memory of my daughter Cadence, she was stillborn in 2012. The shirts have become a way to show our love for her.
