"This was the first exposure for Team Curtis 4 a Cure. We formed it to coincide with the 2015 ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and the August 1 birthday of my husband who was diagnosed with ALS last year. It is our mission to form a sustainable non-profit organization dedicated to supporting those suffering from the disease and advancing technology to ease the burden of the disease's progression."
