"Dylan McGee, Trinity University baseball player, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes on August 13, 2014. I organized Team Dylan to walk for a cure for type 1 diabetes in the JDRF walk on his birthday, October 19. All of his loved ones and his team gathered to walk in his honor.
