"This photo is of my family supporting my mom with her ALS battle. This is the ALS walk in Sacramento from October of 2016. My mom is the one on the scooter in the middle. My mom was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) in 2015 and was given anywhere from 2-5 years to survive. This was the first year we did the walk, and mom was given the OK from Hospice to be able to participate. We had a great time doing the walk. My daughter is the one that found out about the walk for ALS and we wanted to do shirts to help promote and honor my mom. I found CustomInk online and had a great experience with them. From designing the shirts to the customer service. I even had a representative from CustomInk contact me about making a donation to the ALS foundation. Once again this year we are doing the walk for ALS on October 14th, however we are now doing it in memory of my mom, Phyllis Hunter, who passed away of ALS on 12/1/16 and I have again gone to CustomInk to design shirts in her memory and can't wait for them to get here to see how they turned out." - Team Hunter (Sep 25, 2017)
