"My grandson, Liam, went in for his 3rd open heart surgery on Aug 18,2016. He has HLHS, he was born with half a heart. We have a wonderful support system of family and friends. We all got together on the day of the surgery. The surgery is the fontan. On the back of our shirts we put FONTANstic LIAM, half a heart, twice the fight. The doctors and nurses all loved it. The all knew us as Team Liam. Liam is in this picture. His surgery went well and we are looking forward to getting him home! THANK YOU for being a part of TEAM LIAM>"
