"After a two month battle with pancreatic cancer, my cousin Javier went to take his seat up in heaven in June. It was a very hard it for us as we had not fully come to terms with the diagnose before he took his last breathe.. From the time he was diagnosed he always told us that no matter what happens good or bad we must move forward. The reason, when we decided to do the Lustgarten Pancreatic Cancer reasearch walk, our name was Team Forward. Being the captain for the team, I went in search of a custom t-shirt for the team to wear so that everyone would know why we were walking. CustomInk was the place the staff was very helpful on helping us created a sample design. This then enabled to make some final touches and our team shirt was created in no time. Ordering was even faster as the shirts were received well before the expected date. On October 11, over 40 of us walked on huge Jones beach boardwalk proudly wearing our shirts. What made this even more special was that we walked on the one month anniversary of Javier's mother death who had lost her battle to breast cancer.
