Texas Independence Relay Race

"Texas Independence Relay Race is an annual 200 mile relay that takes place over 30 hours and follows the trail of Texas Independence from the "Come and Take It" Cannon in Gonzalez, TX to the San Jacinto Monument that celebrates the victory over General Santa Anna in 1836. Our team of 12 ran the 200 miles in 40 legs that are approximately 5 miles long. Each person ran over 16 miles total in the two day period." - Paul Moran (Apr 08, 2016)
