Throw like a Girl!

"On October 25, 20 women from Aikido Centers, headquarters in East Hanover NJ (schools in NJ and PA) got together for classes taught by the senior ranking women of the dojo. Studying the martial art aikido throughout the world is a way we believe to promote positive universal connections. We want to also promote the discussion of equality by showing that to "throw like a Girl" is a very powerful extension of energy, rather than a negative connotation.
