"My 14 yr old son Trevon has Crohn's disease, so my oldest son, my husband and I decided to surprise him and have shirts made and have their closest friends wear them to school without him knowing! We pulled it off!! I went to the school and had the teachers pull all the students into the gym and then bring Trevon in! We were all standing there in our shirts and we then presented him with his own and told him how much we love and support him!! He was speechless!! It was amazing!!"
