"We created the Nicole Spicer "BELIEVE" Project has been formed to keep everyone aware of fundraising efforts to assist in medical, living and transportation expenses for Nicole and the family. Nicole was a 31yr old single mother of 2 battling colon cancer. Her battle began in September 2012. She under went surgery and then 6 months of chemo and went into remission. Nicole went for her 1 year check up and PET scan in September 2013 and unfortunately her cancer had came back and was much worse than before. Chemo was started but was not working this time. There was never a time she did not have a smile on her face and a positive word for someone. The most famous phrase she had was "all you have to do is give it up to god and BELIEVE" Which is our name came from. Sadly Nicole lost he battle in late June 2014. We will now use her project as a memorial to Nicole and to keep members up to date on fundraising activities for the group to "Pay it Forward" in honor of Nicole!
